Cheesecake

1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)

1 can sweetened condensed milk

½ cup lemon juice

Put ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Pour into cooled graham cracker pie crust. Chill to set. Top with favorite pie filling.

*This is a very soft cheesecake, not very cakey
