Beef & Rice Soup
Large pan of water
1 - 1 ½ lb beef stew meat
8 oz bag of snow peas
3-4 carrots (peeled and sliced)
1 medium white onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup rice
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Bring water to boil, place all ingredients in pan. Simmer until meat is cooked through and carrots are tender.
