Chicken Salad
Prepare all ingredients in a bowl:
4 c. cooked and diced chicken
1 c. grapes
1 c. celery
1 small can pineapple tidbits (drained)
1 c. sliced almonds
½ c. sliced water chestnuts
¼ c. green onion (chopped)
Mix together dressing:
1 ½ c. mayonnaise
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP lemon juice
Fold in dressing to above ingredients.
Chill for a few hours.
Serve on a lettuce leaf, a croissant bun, or stuff a pita.
